After you have received a confirmation email from us that the package is ready for you, you can come to our studio (2-3 days schedule in advance) at Haeshel St 3, Ganot, Israel to pick up the package.

Delivery times are during the day, so you should give an address where you will be available during the day.

LE TRÉ is not responsible for delays that are the responsibility of the various courier  companies, at any stage, you can contact us by phone or email for any problem or question.

There may be delays in the arrival of the courier in the case of remote localities such as Eilat, localities beyond the Green Line, the Golan Heights area, and the Arava localities.

Can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note there is a shipping fee of 25₪ that will be deducted from your refund.
