International Returns policy

We refund all full priced items 

All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code of more than 15%.

Tracking my return

LE TRÉ does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the items back using the most cost-effective shipping available that includes a trackable shipping method. Please retain record of your tracking number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.


Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and boxes.

LE TRÉ reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender.

How to send in your Return/Exchange –

  1. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
  2. Complete the return form received with your order.
  3. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
